The RPET non-woven fabric is produced by feeding the raw material of small particles of resin into the equipment and combining the nozzle with the cloth mesh.

Through cutting equipment, the cooled and solidified strip resin is cut into small particles, so as to facilitate transportation and storage.

通過(guò)切割設(shè)備將冷卻凝固后的條狀樹(shù)脂切成一個(gè)個(gè)小顆粒狀，這樣做的目的是便于運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)存。
After melting the sheet at high temperature and filtering, the impurities are removed, and then the strip resin is cooled with water.

After screening, crushing and cleaning, beverage bottles are processed into thin sheets. By comparing the alkaline washed PET sheet (left photo) with the conventional washed sheet (right photo), it can be seen that the whiteness of the former is significantly better than that of the latter.
